Motivations Behavioral Services, LLC was started in August 2019 by Lynn Ann Klamerus, M.S., BCBA who began her journey and earned an AAS Degree in Mental Health Developmental Disabilities in 2009, a BS Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2012, a MS Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in May 2017. Lynn Ann has worked for a variety of ABA Companies throughout as an employee from 2012 – 2017 as a Therapist and from 2017-2019 as a BCBA. Lynn Ann then transitioned as an Independent Contractor (IC) from 2019 – 2022. Lynn Ann is now focused on branching off and building her own small ABA Business.
MBS, LLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior Therapy to individuals from 3 – 18 years of age with a main focus on individuals 3-10 years of age who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Services are provided in the individual’s home by qualified Behavior Therapists (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are trained, guided, assisted, and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Parents/Guardians/CareTakers are also provided with Guidance and Training. Service hours are any time between 9:00am – 7:30pm Monday – Saturday and will depend on the individual’s needs, recommendations, and availability.
